About us

Tourexpo-Varna, PLC was founded in 1992 as a company of the tourist community of Varna Region. It is a registered tour operator – Certificate № 00194 dated 18th March 1999, and it was re-registered in 2008. It is a member of the Tourist Cluster of Varna and Varna Association of Tourist Agencies (VAsTA).

In the period from 1992 to 2009, we organized 32 tourism exhibitions, supported by the Ministry of Economics and the State Agency for Tourism, with an average number of participating companies of 120-150. Along with various branch organizations – local and national ones: the Bulgarian Tourist Chamber, the Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association, Varna Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Industrial Association of Varna, the Chamber of Installation Specialists – Plovdiv, the National Association of Hotel, Restaurant and Cafeteria – HoReCa, we have organized annual conferences and thematic exhibitions. We have organizational experience in holding festivals, seminars, conferences, company and product presentations, incentive tours, travelling seminars.

Since 2010, along with partners from the Ukraine, we have been organizing the International Youth Festival of Arts: “Rose of the World – Fair of Creative Ideas”, supported by the Municipality of Varna, the Consulates General of the Russian Federation and the Republic of the Ukraine in Varna. The participants are around 200 – children’s and youth formations, and individual performers form the Ukraine, Russia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Macedonia. The festival lasts 7 days and comprises stage performances of the participants, excursions and activities at the Saint Constantine Eco Park and the University Botanical Garden of Balchik. Traditionally, the festival ends with a gala concert and award ceremony for the participants.

Since 2010, we have been engaged with the conferences, organized by the Saint Marina Multi-Field Hospital and the Medical University of Varna:

MORE (www.more-conference.com) an annual meeting on a different oncological topic. Each conference is preceded by two meetings of the National Expert Board, which we organize. In October 2013, the fourth MORE Conference took place with 600 participants. The next MORE Conference shall again take place at the Golden Sands Resort in October 2014.

International Conference of Coloproctology (www.gisurgery.bg), which takes place every second year. In 2013, we organized the 13th conference with over 300 participants.
